Development and Investigation of a New Fast Solutioning Hot Forming Process for Aluminum Alloy

چکیده

This research presents a novel solution heat treatment hot forming and quenching (SHQ) technique for creating high-strength precise aluminum alloy sheet parts. The study involves three primary parts: characterization of the viscoplastic behavior AA6061-T6 condition, investigation mechanical properties commercially available aged to varying degrees, development hot-forming process compensate poor formability at room temperature. FE model was used simulate heated die-forming tests based on experimental data gathered from high-temperature tensile testing. accuracy verified, results showed excellent agreement between data. findings provide valuable insights alloys, which could be in aerospace automotive Industries.
